Swedish Massage / Deep Tissue

This is the warm oil massage everyone thinks of when they hear the term “massage.”  This technique can be very gentle and flowing or very deep and specific.  I always work with my clients to develop an individual plan for each session.  One size shoe does not fit everyone.  One set of massage strokes just won’t work for everyone.  Some people prefer very deep work.  Some people prefer a light touch.  Most people require a special focus on certain parts of the body – shoulders, neck, back, hips, jaw, hands or feet. 

I offer work that goes from the crown of your head to the tips of your toes.  You decide what you want and what you need.  I do my very best in using my skills to meet your individual needs. 

My massage space is light and airy, my sheets are crisp, and my music is soothing.  A large picture window provides beautiful light.  Aromatherapy oils and heated cushions are offered (at no extra charge) to make your massage a truly heavenly experience.
